McAlister School

McAlister School, a Los Angeles Unified School District campus, has been supported by CCAC since the chapter’s establishment in 1981 through the provision of personal development services to the students. These services have included tutoring, yoga and counseling in the areas of education, career, family planning, health and wellness, grooming and parenting. CCAC members conduct bi-monthly workshops, provide educational supplies, clothing and personal care items and serve as mentors and role models for the young women.
