About the event
SAVE THE DATE! 45 YEARS OF FORTITUDE
The Century City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. proudly presents 45 Years of Fortitude, a jubilant brunch honoring the chapter’s legacy of Sisterhood, Scholarship, Service, and Social Action.
Chartered on March 22, 1981, by eighteen visionary women committed to uplifting Los Angeles–area communities, the Century City Alumnae Chapter (CCAC) has spent more than four decades advancing programs in education, youth development, economic and social justice, health equity, civic engagement, and the arts. As part of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.—a historically Black organization founded on January 13, 1913, by 22 collegiate women dedicated to public service and social action—CCAC continues to embody the Sorority’s mission with unwavering purpose.
A Legacy of Fortitude
For 45 years, the Century City Alumnae Chapter has carried forward the torch of Delta Sigma Theta—rooted in the Sorority’s founding principles and strengthened by the resilience, brilliance, and service of its members. This brunch is not only a celebration of history, but a tribute to the women who continue to shape the future. We invite you to join us for an afternoon of elegance, inspiration, and sisterhood as we honor the past, uplift the present, and fortify the path ahead.
